Handguards (proteggimano)

Hi,
i tried to fit the BMW 1150 GS handguards on my Capo.
But they don't fit well on the clamps. It is a bit difficult to explain but i have to force the handlebar to make them fit on the clamps.
It looks like the handlebar shape is (too) different from the BMW's.
Is it normal force must be used?

Go on site home page, after in "officina Caponord", you'll find some interesting photos on "paramani originali BMW...".
It's normal to force a little bit the handguards.

the handguards are installed now.
I had to fix them first to the clamps when the steering weights were removed. Then it was quite easy to get it right.
Only small remaining problem is the left one touches the tank slightly when in locked position. But i will adjust the handle bar a little.

yes, as far as I know also the others had the need to adjust a little bit the handguards to perfectly fit the handlebar parking position and avoid touching the tank...
